Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The studio apartment was cozy with a comfortable double bed and a thermostat to control the room temperature. It was so convenient to store my bicycle and just take an easy walk into town. The staff members were incredibly warm and friendly, always with a smile on their faces, offering excellent travel insights and even going the extra mile by offering to drive us to the wedding we were attending. The location in Kenmare was perfect, just a short stroll from the center of town, full of amenities like restaurants and shops. The dining experience was exceptional with a great selection on the menu and a lovely buffet counter. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was new clients being slightly confused during breakfast service but nothing major. Overall, a great spot for exploring the beautiful county.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at this hotel, although they weren't ready upon my arrival. The friendly and helpful service truly stood out, with a special touch of having my new shirt pressed and delivered to our room while we were dining. The location was excellent for exploring Beara and Iveragh peninsulas, just a short walk from the town center. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a delightful spread of delicious options. However, the lack of tea/coffee in the room was a downside.
The hotel is just perfect, it feels like a five-star experience with amazing room comfort and stylish decor, and the breakfast is truly top-notch. However, there was a slight hiccup with the eggs not being available upon departure, but overall it's a fantastic place to stay.
The hotel has great location for exploring Kenmare with large and comfortable rooms. The service went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, though a minor hiccup was experienced. The dining was excellent, particularly the breakfast, with some room for improvement in service consistency. The facilities provided were satisfying overall.
Arriving at the hotel, it was a bit cold in the room initially, but once the heating kicked in, it became so spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper when we got there, but the free room service both in the lounge and bedrooms was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The service was excellent, with the staff being very accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the town center with plenty of dining options. Dining offered a great selection, although waiting in a long queue was a downside. The facilities were clean and comfortable, despite minor inconveniences.
